Quin and Daddy

Quin loves the telephone, the remote control, and the vacuum. He thinks if he can squeeze my nose hard enough he can talk to Aunt Mende too. We LOVE each other LOTS!

Quin's First Birthday!

Quin's 1st birthday was December 8, 2008!!!! We made it! He had a John Deere theme. Gma Sherry made a JD cake and Gma Cindy made a red cake. YUM!!! He had a fantastic time.

Ava and Addison, our nieces, were up this weekend. The first pic is GP "taking care" of Ava and Bryli. Next, is Gma Cindy with all 5 of her grandkids on her lap!!! (Of course, Bry is "smiling big" for the camera. The last pic is Addi and Quin loving Gma.

Gentri and Gpa Gary went deer hunting on Youth Weekend. She hit her first deer, but was unable to find it. She also earned her first black eye after the scope hit her there! They share some great times together.

Quin LOVES his Aunt Virginia. Uncle Bill and Aunt Virginia were at Mom and Dad's a couple of weeks ago. Quin always likes to be with Aunt Va!

Here are the girls with their Halloween costumes. Bryli was a picnic table. Aunt Dee had to help her around at school! GP, Alissa, Brendon, and Connor were Tarkio football players and cheerleaders. The girls were the players, and the boys were cheerleaders. Fun! Bry's costume won first place in Tarkio's Halloween Parade!!

Grandpa Gary and Quin spent last Friday together so that Gma Sherry and Gpa Clem could go to Branson. Gpa Gary took Q to Runde Welding, Nodaway Fertlizer, and Candy's Cafe. He made the rounds. Here is Gpa and Q with his hat.

Friday, October 24, we enjoyed a family day at home. Lori and I had Parent/Teacher Conferences on Thursday, so we had a late night without the kids. We carved our pumpkins and tried to get caught up at home.

Quin-O

At 9 months Quin is jumping, Army crawling, and getting into everything!! He wants to walk, has 6 teeth, and grunts like a cave man. And we LOVE him!

Tarkio Homecoming 2008

Bry got to represent the kindergarten class as the crown bearer for Tarkio's Homecoming 2008. Bry was beautiful even though Daddy couldn't be there.

Quin's Basketball Crawl??

Quin helped put the Coffelt Cookbook together at Aunt Virginia and Uncle Bill's. Grandpa Gary thought he was helping by taking care of Q! :) Grandpa Gary was helping Q crawl on the table.

Gentri's Softball Tournament

For some reason these pictures were not too clear, but GP's team won first place in the softball tournament on Saturday, June 28. GP had a great game, and she was very excited.

Momma found these cool clothes for Q. Not only does he look patriotic, but he is protected from the sun!

Play Ball!!!!

We have spent most of June playing ball! Gentri's team has won all of their games and tied twice. She loves playing first base, and is learning to be the catcher. Bry played t-ball here in Tarkio and did a great job. Quin has been to all of them, and screams for his sisters. . . we think. :)

Quin's Accomplishments

Quin turned 6 months on June 8th. He still likes his bottle, but will eat ice cream and pudding (anything sweet). He sits up very well now, and got his first tooth on June 17th!!

Gentri's 10th Birthday

Gentri wanted to celebrate her 10th birthday by going to Truman Library in Kansas City. Alissa and Brendon went with us. We had a great time with great kids. If these three are our future leaders, we are in capable hands!
